Agreement / Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Feastables online store operated by Feastables Inc.. By browsing the store, adding products to cart, placing an order, or contacting us through store support channels, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store footer.

If you do not agree, do not use the store or place an order. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page applies to future use after it is posted.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order without parent or guardian involvement. If a minor uses the store, the parent or guardian is responsible for that use and for any order submitted.

Account

The staging store experience is configured for guest checkout only. Customer account entry points, wishlist features, and newsletter capture are not required to complete an order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information at checkout.

Products & Pricing

Product descriptions, images, availability, pricing, and compare-at pricing are shown as accurately as reasonably possible. Chocolate, candy, drink, bundle, and merchandise items may vary slightly from photography because packaging, batches, and display settings can change.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, and any available discount are calculated before you complete payment.

Promotional Pricing

The store may display an 80% off promotion or marked-down product prices for a limited time. Promotional pricing does not represent a permanent regular retail price, does not prove that every item was sold at the compare-at amount for any specific period, and may change, pause, or end without notice. Compare-at pricing is shown for promotional context and checkout clarity.

Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, limit, or refund an order if information is inaccurate, inventory is unavailable, fraud screening flags the transaction, a pricing or product error occurs, or we are unable to ship to the address provided. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation when the order leaves the fulfillment location.

Shipping

Shipping is available within the United States unless the checkout states otherwise. Standard processing is 1-2 business days after order confirmation, and standard delivery is estimated at 2-5 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier volume, address issues, and holiday demand may affect timing.

Returns

Because many products are food items or otherwise condition-sensitive, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for opened or perishable goods. If an item arrives damaged, melted beyond normal transit expectations, missing, or incorrect, contact support within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review a refund or replacement request.

Intellectual Property

The store design, product names, product photography, logos, copy, graphics, and other materials are owned by Feastables Inc. or its licensors. You may use the store for personal shopping only. You may not copy, scrape, resell, frame, or misuse store materials without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, abuse promotions, reverse engineer store functionality, use bots to place orders, or use the store for unlawful activity. We may block access or cancel orders connected to misuse.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The store and products are provided as available and as described on the product pages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from store use or order issues. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing Law + Contact
