Refund policy

Eligible Returns

Most chocolate, candy, drink, and other food items are perishable or condition-sensitive, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for opened, consumed, heat-affected after delivery, or otherwise used items. We review refund or replacement requests when an order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing an item, or materially different from what was ordered.

Return Window

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your order has a damage, missing item, wrong item, or quality issue. Requests submitted after 14 days may be declined because carrier evidence, product condition, and fulfillment records become harder to verify.

How to Request

Email support@feastables.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage. Do not discard packaging until we complete review, because carrier claims may require it.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After approval, payment providers usually post funds within 5-10 business days, although your bank or card issuer may take longer. If a replacement is approved, processing and shipping timing may follow the standard 1-2 business day processing window plus transit time.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For perishable items, we usually do not require the product to be shipped back unless support specifically instructs you to do so. If a return is required because we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged, we will provide return instructions. If a return is approved for another reason, return shipping responsibility will be explained before you ship anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened food, partially consumed products, heat-sensitive items left unattended after delivery, gift cards, final sale items, customized items, and products purchased from third-party retailers are not returnable through this store. Third-party purchases must be handled with the retailer where the purchase was made.
