Information We Collect

Feastables Inc. operates Feastables online shopping experiences for customers in the United States. When you browse, place an order, contact us, or interact with our store, we collect information that helps us run the store and support your purchase. This may include your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, order history, cart activity, device identifiers, IP address, browser type, approximate location, payment confirmation details, and customer support messages.

We also collect commercial information such as the products you viewed, products you purchased, discount or promotion information shown to you, and checkout status. Payment card numbers are processed by Shopify and payment providers, and we do not intentionally store complete card numbers on our own systems.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to process orders, calculate taxes and shipping, provide order confirmations, send tracking updates, answer support requests, prevent fraud, maintain site security, improve product presentation, measure store performance, and comply with legal obligations. We may also use your email address to send service messages about an order or account-related issue.

If you sign up for marketing, we may use your contact details to send promotional messages. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages that are required to complete or support an order.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Strictly Necessary cookies support checkout, cart behavior, fraud prevention, authentication, security, load balancing, and other core store functions. These cookies cannot be fully disabled without affecting the store. You may be able to block them in your browser, but checkout or cart features may stop working.

Analytics cookies help us understand visits, page performance, product interest, and conversion paths. Analytics tools may include Shopify analytics and GA4. You can limit analytics cookies through browser controls, private browsing, cookie settings, or platform-level controls where available.

Advertising cookies help measure or personalize promotions, including Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. You can manage Google ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com and learn about industry opt-out choices at https://optout.networkadvertising.org. We also recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law and treat a valid GPC signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending it.

Google Advertising & Conversion Tracking

We may use Google Ads and GA4 to measure visits, conversions, product interest, and campaign performance. These services may receive event data such as page views, cart events, checkout events, purchase events, hashed or limited identifiers, device data, and approximate location. This data helps us understand whether a promotion, including an 80% off offer, is working and whether customers can complete checkout successfully.

Google may process this information according to its own policies. We configure advertising and analytics tools to support measurement, fraud prevention, and audience controls, and we avoid intentionally sending sensitive personal information in analytics events.

Sharing Your Information

We share information with service providers that help operate the store, including Shopify, payment processors, fraud prevention services, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, analytics providers, advertising platforms, customer support tools, and professional advisers. These providers are expected to use information only for the services they provide to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, regulator request, or to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the store. If the business is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, or asset transfer, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Your CCPA Rights

California residents and other eligible U.S. state residents may have rights to Know, Delete, Correct, Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing, and Non-Discrimination. To exercise these rights, email support@feastables.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell" or a subject line that clearly identifies the privacy request you want to make.

We will verify requests as required by law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. We also recognize GPC signals where legally required. A valid GPC signal will be treated as an opt-out of sale or sharing for the browser or device that sends the signal.

Other Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy of information. You may also have the right to appeal a decision we make about a privacy request. Contact us with enough detail to identify your request and the email address connected to your order or interaction.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where a legal basis is required, we process information to perform a contract with you, including accepting orders, processing payment, arranging shipment, and handling support. We also process information for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, site improvement, and business analytics. In some cases we process information because you consented, or because we must comply with law.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the store, complete transactions, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with law, and enforce our policies. Retention periods vary by record type. Order records may be kept longer than support messages because tax, accounting, payment, and fraud obligations can require longer retention.

Children's Privacy

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner covered by COPPA. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request and delete information where required.

International Transfers

We operate from the United States and use service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our store, technology, service providers, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date. Your continued use of the store after an update means the updated policy applies going forward.
