Shipping Region
The store is configured for shipping within the United States. If checkout does not offer service to your address, we cannot complete shipment to that destination through this store. International shipping is not available unless a specific checkout option is presented before payment.
Free Shipping
Shipping rates, any free-shipping threshold, and any qualifying free-shipping promotion are shown during checkout before you pay. The 80% off product promotion applies to product pricing and does not automatically change the shipping service, shipping cost, or carrier delivery estimate unless checkout states otherwise.
Processing Time
Standard order processing is 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Processing means the time needed to review the order, prepare fulfillment, and hand the package to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays normally begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time
After shipment, standard delivery is estimated at 2-5 business days for most U.S. addresses. Delivery estimates can change due to weather, carrier capacity, address accuracy, security checks, high-volume sale periods, and other events outside our control.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email is sent when the carrier receives the package or label information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check nearby delivery areas and contact the carrier before contacting support.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order is accepted for fulfillment, we may be unable to change or cancel it. Address errors can cause delay, return to sender, or failed delivery.
Lost / Damaged in Transit
If an order appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, email support with the order number and photos where available. Damage and missing-item requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy.
International Shipping
